Thank You for considering Blue Star Meat Catering for your catering needs.

This web site has many menus that have been put together to cover a wide variety of tastes and events. Please keep in mind it is impossible to list all the possible items and combinations that we have available. If you do not see just what you want, please contact us! We would be happy to customize any menu to fit your needs.

Reservations:

Please contact us for availability. We are capable of doing several functions at the same time; however we do fill up at certain peak times. We book on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Deposits:

Deposits are required on all events. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards your final bill. The amount of the deposit will vary based on the time and menu selected (usually 10%). All deposits are Non-Refundable

Pricing:

All pricing contained in this information is per person. Cost per person based on parties from 100 to 200 people. There may be an additional charge for groups under 100. We also offer discounts for groups of more than 200 people, as well as discounts for events held on Monday thru Thursday. Please call for details on discounts. Please note the listed prices are “plus tax”; however we NEVER add service charges or gratuities.

Due to market fluctuations, prices are subject to change.

Payment:

Final payment is due on or before the day of your event.

Guarantees:

Final guest count is due 7 Days before your event. This is the number that we will use for billing and preparation.

Leftovers:

To ensure that we do not run out of food, we always carry extra. Due to State Health Department regulations we cannot release leftover food to you or your guests. In the event that you are short on your guest count, leftover food will be given to a local food pantry in your name.
